Erik Moncayo, international president of the World BASC Organization (WBO) and graduate of the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) Basic Academy, where he was part of Class 300 in 1996, was selected as Class Mentor to accompany and guide the next generation of recruits of Class 1300 of the same Academy, which is part of the operational branch of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
